Retail Sales Representative

We are looking for bold, energetic, and passionate individuals to serve as our Retail Sales Representative, the face of our company and a key driver of sales. You will be the first line of contact for customers each day, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Average all‑in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour. New hire bonus ramp‑up structure includes a simple $400 payout.

As a Retail Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage customers, drive sales, and match income to effort.

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed as part of the hiring process.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
