Accounting Associate, Tax Accountant

Euro VAT Refund, Inc., Culver City, , is looking for an Associate to assist with preparation of Value Added Tax ("VAT") tax returns and managing of client accounts. This includes that you will be responsible for the VAT tax filing and related support for some of our valued clients that are corporations and member organizations in the USA and Canada that trade within the European Union and thereby have to be registered and declare VAT to the European tax authorities.

The daily job consists of:

• contact and manage several clients to submit the material for VAT filing on time
• assist clients with VAT instructions for any upcoming transactions in Europe
• prepare the VAT returns and file to the different tax authorities in Europe.
• interact with local VAT experts in the different countries in Europe

Applicants need to have experience in general book keeping and/or tax preparation. Knowledge in VAT and European language skills are an extra plus but not required.
