Associate People & Culture Business Partner

The Associate People & Culture Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle through both administrative execution and strategic partnership. This role manages key P&C processes—including benefits administration, recruiting and interviewing support, reporting, and policy management—while contributing to initiatives that enhance productivity, elevate performance, and improve overall business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of escalation for employee questions, interpret policies, and support the resolution of work‑related issues.
  • Guide team members on advising management regarding organizational and employee matters.
  • Create communications, reports, and presentations for senior P&C and business leaders to support talent strategies and change‑management initiatives.
  • Generate, maintain, and audit reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Manage and process data using tools such as Excel, Orgvue, and Miro.
  • Support the launch and operationalization of programs, including budgeting, communications, and intake of requests.
Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and customer service.
  • High proficiency in Excel; highly process‑driven and detail‑oriented.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
  • Solid understanding of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices.
  • Familiarity with benefit programs, pay‑scale structures, and HR systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
