We're seeking an experienced Contract Video Producer to spearhead the development and execution of exceptional video and visual effects (VFX) content. This role is responsible for guiding projects from initial ideation through to final delivery, ensuring every piece of content is strategically aligned, creatively excellent, and technically polished.

You’ll expertly manage multiple projects concurrently, navigating tight deadlines while maintaining the highest creative standards. A proactive organizer, you’ll own all aspects of project coordination, from scheduling meetings and documenting progress to meticulously defining project scopes and managing critical administrative processes like estimates, Purchase Orders, and Statements of Work.

Your ability to build strong relationships with external vendors will be key, coordinating reviews, organizing deliverables, ensuring seamless communication and timely feedback. You’ll champion an inclusive and collaborative approach to troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues and production challenges, ensuring smooth workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in video production, with a significant focus on managing complex projects involving live‑action production and visual effects (VFX).
• Proven track record of successfully leading end‑to‑end video content production, from concept development to final delivery.
• Deep understanding of video production pipelines, post‑production workflows, VFX processes, and the intricacies of live‑action production.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Wrike, Keynote, and Air Table, and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) to effectively oversee production workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficiency in creating project documentation, including scopes of work, estimates, and production schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production challenges creatively and effectively, ensuring project continuity and quality.
