• Prepare and file all federal, state, and local income/franchise tax returns
• Manage estimated quarterly tax payments and annual filing obligations
• Maintain a comprehensive tax compliance calendar across multiple entities
• Monitor and respond to IRS and state tax notices and correspondence

• Research federal and state tax law changes and provide proactive guidance
• Identify tax savings opportunities related to entity structure, credits, and deductions
• Advise leadership on tax implications of future growth, expansion, or restructuring
• Support long‑term cash planning and tax forecasting initiatives

• Audit current tax compliance workflows, legal entity structure, and documentation to identify risk or inefficiencies
• Recommend and implement process improvements for stronger tax governance and regulatory alignment
• Partner with Legal & Compliance to ensure contracts, business initiatives, and entities are structured tax‑efficiently
• Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to align tax planning with financial close, forecasting, and capital strategy
• Coordinate with executive leadership and external auditors to support audits, strategic decisions, and audit readiness
• Establish strong internal controls and documentation standards to support long‑term compliance infrastructure

• Active CPA license required
• 5+ years of corporate or multi‑entity tax experience (public or private)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local income tax regulations
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle compliance while contributing to strategy
• Excellent communication and cross‑department collaboration skills

Salary for this position can start around $140,000 annually with potential for higher compensation based on experience and demonstrated expertise.
