• Perform a wide range of massage and body therapies following milk + honey protocols.
• Deliver exceptional, high‑end customer service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest.
• Personify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.

• Massage Therapists work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
• Average hourly rate typically ranges between $45–$50, including tips. An out‑of‑service rate will be paid at $17.87.

• Original State Massage Therapy License/Certification with photo on location.
• Must have schedule availability to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Natural ability to sell and educate clients on treatments and products.
