- Work closely with Product teams to define data requirements and ensure data architecture and pipelines support both new and existing data product roadmaps.
- Agile and Collaborative Mindset: Effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and with technical partners across multiple disciplines to design elegant solutions. Deliver business impact within a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across systems. Partner with application engineers, IT teams, and Infosec on data architecture and governance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 7+ years in data modelling, analytics engineering, data engineering, or related technical roles in a production environment. Hands‑on experience with AVOD/SVOD streaming, content management or video ad management is a plus.
- Proficiency with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, GCP/Big Query, AWS/Redshift).
- Expert‑level SQL & Python skills required. Experience building transformation pipelines in dbt is a major plus.
- Hands‑on experience with modern orchestration tools like Airflow.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, version control, and automated testing frameworks to meet data quality standards.
