Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager II for a Contract with a client in Culver City, CA (Hybrid). This role requires proven experience managing internal tools or enterprise software from concept to launch, with strong UX and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Rate Range: $63 / hour to $65 / hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Manage the lifecycle of internal tools, from gathering requirements to launch, ensuring features are scalable and user-friendly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, UX designers, and engineering teams to align product features with business goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery.
• Communicate product updates and changes clearly to end users and internal teams.
• Analyze user needs and feedback to continuously improve tool functionality and user experience.
• Support change management and adoption efforts, ensuring smooth rollouts and user engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product or project management, preferably with internal tools or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to manage product life cycles, including requirement gathering, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Strong understanding of UX design and technical concepts such as system integration and software development.

Pay Details: $63.00 to $65.00 per hour
