We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Lead Consultant / SME to provide hands‑on support, configuration, and technical leadership for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role focuses on issue resolution, system enhancements, integrations, and coordination with internal teams and product vendors in an onsite environment.
Responsibilities- Provide operational and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve user‑reported issues across supported D365 modules
- Handle L2/L3 support activities including break‑fix issues, service requests, minor enhancements, evergreen processes, and continuous improvements
- Coordinate with product vendors for L4 issue resolution
- Assist with role‑based security, form behavior, and record visibility configurations
- Support system updates, integrations, and platform health monitoring
- Design and implement CRM integrations and data migration strategies
- Develop and maintain custom workflows and perform system troubleshooting
- Use SQL Server for database management, queries, and reporting
- Build dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Develop scripts and customizations using Java Script
- 8–12 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong experience in Dynamics CRM integrations and data migration
- Expertise in custom workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server
- Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Proficiency in Java Script for customizations
- Experience supporting enterprise CRM environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
