Senior Integration Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Support Lead with strong hands‑on expertise in web Methods, Control‑M, API Gateway, and Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms. The ideal candidate will support integration environments, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate deployments, and ensure seamless interface operations. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and driving issue resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or relevant field)
• 8‑10 years of hands‑on experience with web Methods Suite
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP services, APIs, middleware integration patterns
• Good understanding of Unix/Linux, shell scripting, SQL
• 2+ years of experience with Control‑M, API Gateway & MFT platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset with the ability to manage critical incidents under pressure
• Datastage experience is a plus
• AWS hands‑on exposure (EC2, Elasticsearch, etc.)
• EDI knowledge and order‑to‑cash business process understanding
• Experience developing or customizing DSP pages

web Methods Support

• Work with Integration Server (IS), Broker/UM, MWS, BPMS, Oracle DB, SSL certificates, and Unix environments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Flow Services, BPM models, and integration failures.
• Handle deployments, package migrations, configuration updates, and hotfix implementation.

Control‑M Operations

• Monitor and take corrective actions on job failures (kill, force‑complete, hold, etc.).
• Configure SAP and Unix batch jobs, calendars, workload policies, and schedule maintenance.
• Install and upgrade Control‑M agents and manage Pager Duty configurations.

API Gateway

• Work on API Gateway & API Portal for API publishing, routing, and policy enforcement.
• Understand AWS components like EC2, Fargate, and Elasticsearch.
• Work with Terraform scripts and troubleshoot REST/SOAP web services.

MFT Platform

• Configure new participants, adapters, partners, and trading relationships.
• Manage SSL, PGP, SSH, X509 certificates and security configurations.
• Work with Unix shell scripts and Oracle DB and coordinate with bTrade vendor when needed.

General Support & Governance

• Perform application/interface support and server administration activities.
• Analyze issues, collaborate with business/application teams, and provide RCA documentation.
• Support DR/HA environments and participate in DR drills.
• Work within SOX audit compliance processes.
• Coordinate effectively between onsite and offshore teams.
