The Law Offices of Samer Habbas & Associates, P.C. is seeking a skilled Employment Law Attorney to join our employment division, The Labor Champ. The attorney will work hands‑on from case inception to trial across a broad range of employment disputes including wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and whistle blower claims. Responsibilities include taking and defending depositions, conducting discovery, attending mediation, arguing motions, and serving as first or second chair in arbitration and/or jury trials.

• Handle all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage.
• Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in California.
• Minimum 2‑4 years of employment/labor or similar law experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Salary commensurate with experience ($100,000‑$250,000).
• Commission percentage on settled cases depending on experience.
