Associate Attorney, Litigation

This is a remote Associate Attorney position with a national legal firm specializing in Civil Litigation Defense, located in California.

$90,000.00/yr - $/yr

Draft legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda, manage a heavy workload, and handle a broad range of consumer protection-related matters, including transactional and civil litigation.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in CALIFORNIA (multiple-state admission is a plus) and must reside in the state of CA.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience at a law firm in litigation.
• Superior organizational and time-management skills to meet strict deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with senior management and employees at all levels throughout the organization.
• Strong legal research skills – proficiency in Lexis Nexis is a plus.

• $90,000 - $105,000 base salary (DOE).
