As a Program Manager and member of the team responsible for standardizing operational processes, you will be in charge of improving and implementing existing operational flow management at JP Fulfillment Centers. You will focus on optimizing existing processes, implementing established best practices, and managing the execution of standardized operations. Through analysis and process implementation, you will propose improvements to existing processes and execute and manage projects while collaborating with various stakeholders across global and JP departments.

Program Managerは、オペレーションプロセスの標準化を実行するチームのメンバーとして、JP Fulfillment Centerの既存オペレーションフロー・マネジメントの改善と展開を担います。既存のプロセスの効率化、確立されたベストプラクティスの展開、また標準オペレーションの実行管理を行います。分析とプロセスの実装を通じ、既存プロセスの改善を提案し、グローバルとJPの様々な部門のステークホルダーと協力しながら、プロジェクトの実行と管理を行います。

The role ensures the reliable execution of processes at established standards within assigned areas. You will be required to identify improvement opportunities through analysis of on-site metrics, data, and understanding of operational conditions. You will be expected to optimize existing process flows and manage their execution while building and maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Design and implement:
  Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, optimize processes, and execute implementation
• Align and localize:
  Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to implement established processes in JP operations. Assist in the deployment of proven best practices according to defined guidelines.
• Change and standardize:
  Establish process procedures and management methods. Drive efficiency improvements and reinforce standard processes.
• Control and Sustain:
  Ensure the execution of standard processes across the network, monitor implementation status, and provide necessary support to enable team members to execute standards effectively.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of project/program management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese
• Master's degree, or MBA in business process, operation, engineering, organizational development, institutional design or related field
• 3+ years of process innovation experience
• Willingness to proactively work and contribute in inclusive culture and diverse group
• Business level English

• 3年以上のプログラム・プロジェクトマネジメント経験（複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んでのプロジェクト経験を含む）
• データと指標を活用して改善を推進した経験
• 中級レベルのExcelスキル（ピボットテーブル＆グラフ、複数条件での検索、ネストされた論理式/IF関数、データクレンジング、配列数式など）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力
• 修士もしくはMBAでビジネスプロセス、オペレーション、エンジニアリング、組織開発、制度設計、もしくは類似する分野
• 3年以上のプロセスイノベーションの経験
