Silvus is seeking a
Production Manager who will report to the Director of Operations on the Production team. The successful individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring production activities, managing staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Production Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Shipping, to meet production targets, customer on-time delivery, minimize downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, based at Silvus Technologies’
Culver City
warehouselocation.
