Unfold is actively seeking a Digital Media Strategist (Google and / or Meta) to join its growing Media team!

A Digital Media Strategist at UNFOLD will be responsible for the hands‑on keyboard execution of Google & Meta ad buying and creative ideation to ensure client account growth and success. You will be responsible for developing Google/ Meta focused performance marketing tactics and routing to your Media Supervisor for review, and then executing approved tactics. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills along with basic understanding in advertising and marketing principles to evaluate the most cost‑effective paid media solutions for UNFOLD’s clients.

• Plan and present comprehensive paid media tactics and creative ideation to Media Supervisor to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads
• Executing Google / Meta Ad buying tactics including building audiences through customer data, building campaigns/ad sets/ads, closely monitoring performance, adjusting bids and budgets, and relentlessly testing/iterating to generate results
• Manage between 5-10 paid media accounts on behalf of UNFOLD clients, with aggregate monthly spends ranging between $5,000 – $100,000
• Managing, reviewing, and performing daily account responsibilities associated with Google / Meta Ads and potentially other search platforms for a variety of clients.
• Maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
• Managing the creation of large keyword lists.
• Managing display network placement lists on Google Ads
• Conduct thorough audits of new/potential clients’ past Google / Meta Ads activity and creative library
• Strategize on a weekly basis with Media Supervisor to determine next steps to take client accounts to the next level of performance
• Present and quantify performance, findings, and insights to the client on an ongoing basis
• Preparing advertising schedules and timelines for client onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenance

• 2+ years of experience in Google / Meta Ad buying
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, though not necessary
• Proficiency in Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (vlookup, analysis, modeling)
• Demonstrated problem‑solving capabilities in a client‑facing role
• Professional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partners
• Effective time management in a professional setting
