** PAY RANGE:** $70,000 - $100,000/year
** JOB SUMMARY
** The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) is responsible for following the patient’s plan of care and providing treatment under the supervisor of the Registered Nurse.
** COVERAGE AREA:
** West Los Angeles l Culver City l West Hollywood l Inglewood l Downtown Los Angeles l Hollywood l Surrounding areas
** DUTIES AND RESPSONSIBILITY
*** Implement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
* Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
* Collect assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s).
* Participate in coordination of home health services with interdisciplinary team.
* Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.
* Participate in personal and professional growth and development.
** JOB REQUIREMENTS
*** Valid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse License
* Maintain a current CPR certification
* IV Certification Required
* 2+ years of experience working in direct patient care
* Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working order
