We are a referral hospital with 24‑hour Emergency services, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with some of the most qualified doctors. Our specialty departments provide experiences ranging from a Macaw with a broken beak to advanced operating rooms, orthopedic surgeries, and MRI procedures.

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 available for level 3 or higher.

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain a positive patient flow.
• Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with your state’s Veterinary Practice Act for credentialed veterinary technicians.
• Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
• Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records.
• Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts.
• Use safe restraining techniques, follow standard protocols, and maintain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.
• Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.

• 3 years of experience as a veterinary technician, working extensively in specialty surgeries.
• Enjoy being a key player on a dynamic team providing the highest standard of patient care.
• Comfortable caring for dogs, cats, or any other animal that may need emergency or urgent care.

• Non‑Credentialed Assistants: $21/hr – $36/hr
• Licensed Technicians: $26/hr – $42/hr
• VTS: $43/hr – $45/hr
