ACCESS Los Angeles, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is a 24‑hour emergency referral hospital. As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll provide end‑to‑end care for patients, from outpatient treatments and lab tests to admission and discharge support.

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality care, advocate for pets, and educate clients.
• Assist with surgeries and procedures in accordance with the state Veterinary Practice Act for credentialed technicians.
• Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments.
• Maintain relevant, comprehensive medical records using practice systems.
• Use safe restraining techniques, follow standard protocols, and sustain clean, sterile, organized treatment areas, exam rooms, and labs.
• Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members.

• RVT preferred;
  Licensed Technician or VTS competency.
• 3 years veterinary assisting/technician experience.
• Positive work attitude; flexible schedule.

• Non‑Credentialed Assistants: $21/hr – $36/hr
• Licensed Technicians: $26/hr – $42/hr
• VTS: $43/hr – $45/hr
• Pay determined by skills assessment.
