We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician Manager to lead our specialty department in a high‑paced, renowned animal hospital. This is a salaried, exempt position reporting directly to the Hospital Administrator.

$80,000 – $90,000 per year, dependent on experience.

• Maintain and train a department of highly skilled veterinary technicians.
• Schedule staff to maximize coverage, minimize overtime, and meet 24/7 case‑load needs.
• Review and provide performance feedback to all specialty technicians.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical questions, comments, and concerns within the specialty departments.
• Oversee equipment performance and maintenance, ensuring all necessary equipment functions properly.
• Collaborate closely with the Hospital Administrator and administrative team to ensure consistent practices throughout the hospital.
• Act as the primary resource manager for specialty technical staff, including key‑holding of critical machines.

• RVT or equivalent veterinary technician experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
