Veterinary Client Service Representative - Swing Shift

Our Client Care Team Members are the "first faces" to our pet parents as they embark on their pet's visit to our hospital. We at ACCESS

Our pay ranges begin at $21 - $24/hour
, dependent upon existing experience.

Sunday through Wednesday, Swing shift (4PM-3AM)

• 7pm-11pm = additional $2/hour
• 11pm-7am = additional $3/hour
• any shift on Saturdays and Sundays = additional $2/hour

• Have a desire to help people through what is often a stressful event in their lives
• Minimum one year of experience in a customer service role (prior veterinary experience required)
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently in a clear and audible voice

• Answer incoming calls, message taking
• Triage incoming requests
• Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out
• Handle financial transactions
• Facilitate medication requests
• Understanding department-specific medications, diagnostics, and procedures
