Dishwasher (Full Time) – Wolfgang Puck Catering

Location:

8600 Hayden Place, Culver City, CA 90232. Full‑time schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pay range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour.

• Scrape and rinse dirty dishes, putting them in racks or on the conveyor to a dish‑washing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures.
• Polish silverware using burnishing, tumblers, chemical dips, or buffing wheels.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain chemical levels as outlined.
• Keep the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food‑prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam‑clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, and help load and unload supplies and products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Preferred: at least 2 years of previous high‑volume dish‑washing experience.
