We are seeking an experienced Home Care Liaison, that is currently marketing for Home Care in West Los Angeles.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted home care operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary around $80,000 - $110,000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

• 2+ years of sales experience in home care
• Existing relationships with referral resources
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving
• Knowledge of nonprofit organizations, fundraising, and other relevant skills are a plus

• Coordinating with hospital, family, referral resources
• Ensuring seamless services as patients transition to at-home care
