A globally leading consumer device company based in Culver City, CA is looking for Product Engineer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain AI-assisted tools for the Services Localization team and their partners.
Engage with users to uncover unmet needs and understand their context.
Rapidly design and build solutions within approved tooling, infrastructure, design language, and security standards.
Iterate with users in short, fast cycles to validate usefulness before scaling.
Deploy solutions through approved channels with the right Info Sec reviews, ownership, and documentation in place.
Monitor, update, and responsibly retire tools so the portfolio stays healthy.
Leverage usage analytics to quantify value and inform keep/improve/retire decisions.
Where applicable, build MCPs (Model Context Protocol) that let LLMs interact with the tools, including performing actions and querying data in natural language.
Collaborate with Product Managers and their Engineering partners to define the criteria and handoff process for promoting proven, high-usage prototypes into the core tool suite roadmap.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Proven experience building and shipping software solutions (preferably internal tools or enterprise software), owning the lifecycle from discovery through deployment and maintenance.
Strong product sense to conduct user discovery, validate problems, scope solutions, and prioritize based on business impact.
Analytical thinking to understand user problems and design holistic solutions that align with the organization's global vision, strategy, and goals.
Hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development, using it to prototype and deliver production-quality tools quickly and responsibly.
Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts including software development, database management, API and system integration, and modern web application development.
A security- and compliance-first mindset, with the judgment to build tools that meet established Info Sec, confidentiality, and quality standards.
