Requirements
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Certifications
Required:
ACLS, BLS, CPR - DEA Required
- CSR License Required
- State Licensure:
Maryland (IMLC accepted but cannot be credentialed until licensed) - Inductions by V-BACS require
