• 100% outpatient
• No call (no nights/weekends/on-call responsibilities)
• Scoping days: ~14 procedures | Clinic days: ~20 patients
• 12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group
• EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine)
• All major insurances accepted

• Base salary :
  Mid-$500
  
  Ks+ for new grads | Up to $600K+ for experienced
• Long-term earning potential : $700K–$1M+
• Productivity-based RVU bonus
• Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview)
