The Speech‑Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility standards.
Responsibilities- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized treatment sessions for patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop, implement, and update treatment and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure quality outcomes
- Adhere to all safety, infection control, and ethical practice standards
- Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Active Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC‑SLP certification or CFY eligibility
- Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
