• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility
• Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable workplace culture

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Maryland
• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated success in: quality improvement initiatives, policy and procedure implementation, culture and team development
