Classy Cleaning Staffing Agency is seeking experienced Front Desk Supervisors and Front Desk Agents with Choice Hotels brand experience to join our growing team in Cumberland, MD. If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and love delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations and oversee daily check-in/check-out procedures within the Choice Hotels brand system
- Supervise and support front desk agents, ensuring consistent service quality and brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using Choice Hotels property management systems (PMS)
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
- Train new front desk staff on Choice brand protocols, loyalty programs, and customer service standards
- Balance cash drawers, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records at the end of each shift
- Previous experience with Choice Hotels brands (Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Clarion, etc.) strongly preferred
- Prior front desk supervisory or lead agent experience in a hotel setting required
- Proficiency with Choice Hotels property management systems (choice ADVANTAGE or similar PMS)
- Strong knowledge of Choice Privileges loyalty program and guest service protocols
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional, guest-focused demeanor with a positive and team-oriented attitude
