Tired of boring job posts? Not here! At Lions Rehab, we’re looking for an Registered Nurse Unit Manager who can bring their A-game and maybe a little humor to the world of long-term care.

Lions Rehab is where serious care meets serious heart (and occasionally, not-so-serious jokes). Our mission is simple: improve the lives of our residents while making sure our staff still has a life outside of work.

You’re a multitasking magician in scrubs who can handle supervising staff, safeguarding resident care, and keeping things running smoothly! Got a knack for managing medications, care plans, and maybe the occasional dramatic family member? You’ll fit right in.

• Ensure residents receive top-notch care (and maybe a smile or two).
• Supervise nursing staff with a mix of leadership and camaraderie.
• Collaborate on care plans, tackle staffing challenges, and channel your inner Sherlock Holmes for problem-solving.
• Keep things clean, safe, and running like a well-oiled (but also caring) machine.

• Maryland RN license (we’re sticklers for the official stuff).
• A sense of humor bonus points if you’ve got a good one liner about long-term care.
• Experience in long-term care - Even better.
• The ability to lift spirits (and occasionally, residents).
• Management/Supervising Experience
