, a 101-bed skilled nursing facility located in Cumberland, Maryland, where we strive to offer exceptional 24/7 skilled nursing care, rehabilitation, subacute care, and other senior care services.

$10k Sign On Bonus

Full‑time positions available on day (8‑hour) shifts and night (12‑hour) shifts.

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician.
  • Monitor patients’ health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
  • Support residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassurance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Follow the plan of care as developed by RN staff, the MDS Coordinator, or nursing leadership.
  • Observe safety policies and report any safety concerns.
  • Demonstrate respect for resident rights and dignity.
  • Assume charge nurse duties when assigned.
  • Supervise and support Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) in the delivery of care.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and staff meetings.
What We're Looking For:
  • Active LPN license in Maryland.
  • Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred—new graduates welcome.
  • Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
