Salary: $83,200.00 – $93,600.00 per year

As a Professional Staff Nurse on the Resource Intensive Care department, you will provide highly competent patient care and treatment, demonstrate empathy, and pursue learning opportunities. You will set the standards for the level and quality of nursing care and possess authority and accountability for its provision. You must bring prior critical care experience and be self‑motivated with strong communication skills.

- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; BSN preferred (Master’s in Nursing or DNP may substitute for certification).
- Must achieve and maintain a Solid/Strong/Good or higher rating on annual Professional Staff Nurse Performance Evaluations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide age‑appropriate care and apply principles of growth and development across the lifespan.
