As a CNA 1, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
- Report changes in residents' conditions promptly to nursing staff
- Support residents' emotional and social well-being with kindness and respect
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver individualized care
