Position Overview

Join to apply for the AUTOMOTIVE TIRE TECHNICIANS ($800 New Hire Bonus) role at Mavis Tire in the Smithfield, RI area. Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices has over 2,000 retail locations and is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

We are looking for full‑time Automotive Tire Technicians to join Team Mavis at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers. Eligible technicians earn guaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period, totaling up to $800. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable.

Job Responsibilities
  • No experience is needed – we provide paid training.
  • Install new tires and wheels, and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs.
  • Earn weekly bonus payments tied to every service performed on top of the guaranteed hourly rate.
