Shift Details: Onsite | Part Time | 7:30am - 3:30pm | 3 days a week

• The primary role is to support our existing OQT&C staff in the maintenance of the equipment in the OQ practical testing lab, the use of the band saw to cut the destructive testing strips for the plastic fusion exams, and general observations in the testing lab.
• The successful applicant will be part of our team that observes at a high level the activities in the lab.

• Knowledge of Gas Construction practices and tools.
• Knowledge and ability to operate a band saw to cut strips of plastic pipe.

• Assist testing team in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of all the equipment and testing set-up in the Operator Qualification testing lab.
• Work in a safe, productive, and cost-effective manner.
• Handle standard gas construction equipment and materials.
• Support the destructive testing of pipe joining by utilizing a band saw.

In addition to their primary role, they will be asked to assist in building and designing new props for testing or other duties as assigned by OQT&C.
