Closing Shift Manager – Up to $18 Starting
Join our team at McDonald's. Closing Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during the evening time. Shift Managers have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have prior McDonald's experience.
All Shift Managers start at a minimum of $14.50 but increase based on a variety of factors, including previous management experience and availability.
We are an 18‑restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office. The company is operated by long‑term leaders who began as first‑job employees and climbed the company ladder.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun and are passionate about working in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
