Virtual Phone Sales

Responsibilities

• Setting Appointments (6-8 hours/week):
  Reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and schedule meetings to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
• Research (4-5 hours/week):
  Review client information to customize options for death or disability coverage.
• Meet with Families (2 days/week):
  Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present coverage options, discuss details, and assist with application.
• Administrative Tasks (2 hours/week):
  Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

• Coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset (skill set is not the only criteria).

Commission‑only sales position. Average commission: ~ 600 per mortgage protection plan. Expectation: a full‑time agent sells 5‑10 plans per week. Additional competitive bonus structure and incentive trips based on individual/team results.
