** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, delivery personnel, and/or vendors at a healthcare location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

+ Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, access concerns, and incident reports to appropriate security-related personnel and site contacts.

+ Monitor communication systems, cameras, alarm panels, and other security-related equipment; document activities, calls, and incidents accurately in required logs and reports.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with emergency responders and/or site leadership as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the healthcare location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
