School Bus Driver – No Experience Needed – Training Provided

Pay Rate: $24.50 – $30.00 per hour

Sign‑on Bonus: $1,500 paid over 90 days for fully licensed school bus drivers.

• Provide safe transportation by operating a school bus or location‑specific vehicle on a fixed or changing route.
• Exhibit highest ethical practices, report suspicious behavior, and maintain route timeliness safely.
• Assist passengers in evacuation during emergencies.
• Immediately report accidents or incidents.
• Follow company policy on student/passenger management.
• Inform appropriate personnel of problems/procedures.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance.
• Complete required paperwork (route change sheets, time cards, vehicle repair requests) on time.
• Promote company goodwill with cooperative attitude.
• Use vehicle equipment (wheelchair lifts, radios, emergency equipment) safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Additional responsibilities for Paratransit Drivers may apply.

• At least 21 years old (or 25 for Tennessee, per state law).
• Hold or be able to obtain all valid state licenses and certifications required to operate company vehicles.
• Meet physical and medical requirements; pass substance‑abuse screening.
• Successfully complete all training.
• Practice defensive driving at all times.
• Compliance with federal, state, county, district, and contract driver requirements.
