Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Additional education in Bookkeeping, Finance, or a related field is advantageous
Professional certification in bookkeeping is preferred
Proficient in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
