Position: Ongoing
Location: S44 5FB

Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 16:00 or 9:00 to 17:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)

Pay Rate: £12.56 per hour

• Handle general administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, and filing
• Answer phone calls and emails, directing queries as needed
• Support warehouse operations with accurate documentation and reporting
• Update internal systems and maintain records
• Assist with timesheets, delivery notes, and scheduling

• Previous administrative experience (ideally in a logistics or industrial setting)
• Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Valid right to work in the UK
