Overview
Brightwork has a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client, a well established organisation in Cumbernauld on a temporary ongoing basis.
Responsibilities- Updating and maintaining internal systems and databases.
- Acting as a key point of contact within the department and liaising with departments across the organisation.
- Collating information and reporting to line management.
- Creating reports using MS Excel.
- General administration duties as required.
- Experience working within a fast paced administration role in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong working knowledge of all MS Office packages and confidence picking up new systems and procedures.
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal.
