Office-based role from our Scotland location

Our products include commercial and industrial roller shutters, sectional overhead doors, hinged doors, high-speed doors, traffic doors, fire shutters/smoke curtains, and other types of automatic gates and barriers.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to engineers, ensuring customers are kept fully informed at all times
  • Respond to enquiries and manage activities such as surveys, quotations, orders, purchasing, scheduling engineer visits, and invoicing
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, supporting the RBC in achieving business targets and goals
  • Maintain office systems, including effective data management and filing
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in planning or coordinating field-based service delivery
  • A consistent record of reliability and commitment to professional development
  • Excellent attention to detail in both numerical and written work
  • Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and solution-focused with strong customer service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience using SAP Business One and/or Big Change Jobwatch software (advantageous)
  • Working knowledge of the industrial door industry (particularly beneficial)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage a range of tasks effectively
  • Ability to exemplify core values of reliability, integrity, proactivity, and innovation
