This role will be part of Kimberly‑Clark’s International Family Care and Professional (IFP) business—an organization rooted in purpose and innovation that has built a legacy with global impact. As Kimberly‑Clark forms a strategic partnership with Suzano to create a world‑class international tissue and professional products company, this role is proposed to transfer to the new venture once the transaction closes, anticipated in mid‑2026, subject to consultation and other applicable legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy & Growth
    • Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business targets.
    • Drive performance across member groups and independent partner networks.
    • Identify growth opportunities based on market insights and trends.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5, fostering a high‑performance culture.
    • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support individual development.
    • Act as the key leader and mentor, inspiring the team to reach their full potential.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted partner within the network, strengthening long‑term collaboration.
  • Performance Management & Insights
    • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to drive decision‑making.
    • Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve results.
    • Prepare regular updates on team performance and market developments.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Governance
    • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role managing multiple direct reports.
  • Background in commercial, distribution, or partnership‑driven environments.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and market dynamics.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across teams.
