Commercial Business Manager – Modular Buildings

Company Description The Beal Group is a Glasgow-based manufacturing group with over 40 years of experience in textiles, supplying industrial and specialist textile solutions across the UK and internationally. We are looking for a commercially driven Business Manager, based at our head office in Cumbernauld, to continue growing our Modular Buildings business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys both winning new business and developing existing customer relationships
. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving profitable growth across a diverse product portfolio.

• Win new business and develop strategic customer relationships
• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Generate and convert sales opportunities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial solutions
• Represent The Beal Group at customer meetings and industry events
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer delivery

• Proven B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, commercially focused, and results-driven
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, modular, transport, or related sectors is advantageous
