Copello Global is seeking a Bids Manager - Procurement for a permanent hybrid role in Fife, Scotland. You will lead end-to-end bid processes, develop pricing strategies, and collaborate with procurement, finance, operations, and commercial teams in a highly regulated environment.
The ideal candidate has proven procurement, bid management, and pricing experience, familiarity with regulated contracts (FAR/DFARS knowledge a plus), and strong analytical skills using ERP and Excel.
