Senior Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks

An ambitious and rapidly growing groundworks contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Dunstable. You will take full commercial responsibility for multiple groundworks projects, managing cost control, contract administration, subcontractor management, and commercial reporting. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role with no hybrid working – giving you hands‑on involvement and visibility across all projects.

• Proven Senior Quantity Surveyor experience within groundworks
• Strong commercial and contract management skills
• Experience managing cost control, subcontractors, and reporting on multiple projects
• Confident in client and project team engagement
• Based locally or able to commute to Dunstable

£80,000 to £90,000 depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package.
