Residential Surveyor (Level 2 Home Buyer)

£60,000 + £5k car allowance

We’re working with a growing surveying operation focused purely on Level 2 Home Buyer surveys within the investment sector — supporting portfolio landlords and investors purchasing tenanted stock.

This is a fully remote, field-based role with all instructions generated internally (no panel work, no mortgage valuations).

• Carry out Level 2 Home Buyer surveys on residential investment properties
• Produce clear, high-quality reports using internal systems
• Manage a steady workload of up to 8 surveys per week
• Work independently within your allocated patch
• Deliver same‑day reporting and sign‑off

• MRICS preferred (strong Assoc
  
  RICS considered, min 2–2.5 PQE)
• Proven experience delivering Level 2 residential surveys
• Strong understanding of building pathology (advantageous)
• Confident working autonomously in a high-output environment
• Strong report writing and organisation skills

• Fully structured, high-volume workflow with consistent instructions
• No key collection (access pre-arranged)
