• Carry out lender and private valuations, with Level 2 (L2) surveys forming only a small part of your workload (typically less than 30%)
• Apply your knowledge of building construction, pathology, and regulatory risk
• Use advanced IT systems and receive comprehensive training and ongoing support

• Assoc
  
  RICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified RICS Registered Valuer (VRS) or eligible to register
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, or HMO valuations is advantageous
