A leading construction firm in Scotland is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for the Bingally Project. The successful candidate will provide full commercial support before project delivery and throughout the final account phase. Responsibilities include managing the Quantity Surveying team and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. Candidates should possess a BSc in Quantity Surveying and have at least 10 years of experience managing multi-million pound construction contracts.

Strong negotiation and leadership skills are vital for this role.
