Heron Bros seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The role reports to the Construction Director and focuses on managing contractual and financial aspects to deliver projects to high standards of quality and efficiency.
Essentially you will assess requirements, procure resources, monitor costs, handle variations and produce regular cost reports, while liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams to meet deadlines.
